I wanted to write and tell you how unbelievable the food was all weekend long. Not only did we think it was fantastic, so many people approached us to tell us that it was the absolute best wedding food they have ever had. Those twice baked potatoes were phenominal! Truffle oil?! Wow. I didn't think it was possible to make our favorite food even more favorite. (If you are allowed, I would kill for that recipe to add to the many that I collected from friends and family this weekend). Your staff were wonderful, friendly and professional and made sure to take special care of us. The brunch was perfect also. Thank you again so much. You helped to make this perfect weekend unforgetable.
